4.       ASI (Dental Technician)	02 Posts	10+2 with Science, Diploma in Dental Hygienist with relevant experience	20 to 30 years
5.       ASI (Radiographer)	08 Posts	10+2 with Science, Diploma in Radio diagnosis with relevant experience	20 to 30 years

Age Relaxation:-  3 years for OBC Candidates. 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.

Application Fee:-  Rs. 100 for  Sr No. 02 to 07.  No fee for SC/ST/EX Serviceman & Female Candidates for Sr no. 02 to 07. Payment Mode Accepted by online Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking.

Selection Process:-

(1)Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for All Candidates 3.2kms race in 14 minutes for Male, 1.6kms race in 08:30 Minutes.

(2) Physical Standard Test (PST)- Height Chest Read notification care fully.

(3) Written Examination:- Paper- I and either Paper –II (Technical Written Examination) or Skill Test.

(4) Medical Examination
